About Us

Care built on a nurse's promise.

Caring Hands Signature began with one nurse's conviction that families deserve better than a generic service — they deserve a partner.

Our founder

A nurse who decided to do it differently.

"Every family deserves to feel the same confidence I'd want for my own."

After more than ten years at the bedside, Grace Chapda, RN had seen what good care can do — and where it too often falls short. Time and again, families were handed a schedule and a stranger, with no one truly accountable for the quality of what happened inside the home.

She founded Caring Hands Signature to close that gap. Her vision was simple but uncompromising: bring true clinical standards into home care, pair them with warmth and consistency, and stand personally behind every caregiver who walks through a client's door.

Today, that promise shapes everything we do across Dallas and the greater DFW area. When you reach out, you're not lost in a call center — you're speaking with the nurse whose name is on the door.

What we believe

Care belongs at home.

And home should stay a place of dignity, not disruption. Our work is guided by three commitments.

Dignity

Care delivered the way each person prefers, on their own terms, in their own home.

Empathy

We listen first. We treat clients as people, and families as partners.

Safety

Clinical oversight, careful matching, and steady routines that protect well-being every day.

Why "Signature" means something

Anyone can send help. We send the right help.

Vetted, trained, and supervised under a nurse's standard.

01

Nurse-led oversight

Care plans are shaped and reviewed by our founder, so support adapts as needs change.

02

Rigorous vetting

Every caregiver passes a clean background check and reference review before they ever meet a client.

03

Skills training

Caregivers are trained on safe transfers, condition-specific support, and the small details that preserve dignity.

04

Thoughtful matching

We match caregivers to personality and need, not just availability, for consistency that families can feel.

05

Ongoing accountability

Regular check-ins mean issues are caught early, and care never goes on autopilot.
